Game 1 v LIT
England suffered an 18-13 (5-5, 4-3, 4-2, 5-3) defeat to Lithuania in their opening match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament.
A few defensive lapses proved costly for England as Lithuania edged a tight first half before the eastern Europeans pulled away in the second half to secure the victory.

Game 2 v SUI
England slipped to a narrow 9-8 (3-1, 2-3, 1-2, 3-2) defeat to Switzerland in their second match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament.
Despite falling 3-1 behind at the end of the first, England responded superbly to win the next two quarters, but it just wasn’t enough to take all the points.
A fantastic performance in places by Tim Dunsbee’s young side and almost the perfect response to yesterday’s defeat to Lithuania.

Game 3 v AUT
England narrowly lost a fierce battle with Austria 7-6 (1-1, 3-1, 1-2, 2-2) in their third match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament.
Tim Dunsbee’s side pushed the more experienced and physical Austrians all the way, but couldn’t find a way through in the final quarter.
A harsh defeat for England, who had the better chances in the closing stages, but more great experience as the team continues to build towards this summer’s World University Games in Naples.

England went down fighting 19-8 (4-2, 6-2, 3-1, 6-3) to USA (Los Angeles Athletic Club) in their fourth match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament.
A tough workout for England’s young side, but more valuable international experience ahead of this summer’s World University Games in Naples.

England overpowered Luxembourg 23-5 (9-1, 4-1, 6-1, 4-2) in their fifth and final preliminary match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament 🤽🏼♂️ 🏴
A professional performance from England as they controlled the match throughout and comfortably won each quarter 💪
The impressive result sees England finish fifth in Group B.

England stormed to their second successive victory at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament with a 28-8 (5-4, 8-3, 8-0, 7-1) triumph over Wales 💪 🏴 🤽🏼♂️
Another impressive performance from England as they dominated each quarter to book their place in tomorrow’s 9th/10th classification final against Singapore, 9.45am start local time.

Game 7, Classification v SIN
England made it three wins from three with a thrilling 8-7 (0-2, 1-1, 3-3, 4-1) victory over Singapore in their final match at the EU Nations Senior Men’s Tournament 🤽🏼♂️ 🏴
A dramatic second half saw England’s superior fitness levels show as they fought back from 7-5 down deep in the fourth to lead 8-7 with just 34 seconds remaining.
England’s defence then held firm during a tense man down to close out the game and secure a ninth-place finish.
Overall, a successful work out for Tim Dunsbee’s young squad, who improved throughout the competition.
Great international experience and lots of valuable lessons learnt ahead of this summer’s World University Games in Naples 💪 👌

Congratulations to London Otter women who have booked their ticket to the next round of European Aquatics 2024 Challenger Cup. The last match on Sunday 10th November in Group C saw Czech Republic hosts, Asten Johnson Strakonice, take on Otter Swimming and Water Polo Club.
