Preparation – we had one session dedicated to this camp which went well and set us up for the week. This is the start of the bigger programme for these ladies and it set the 3-year programme well thanks to ESSA’s support. We then had 2 days training before we played matches.

Good luck to London Otter who fly to Istanbul tomorrow to compete in the quarter finals of European Aquatics Challenger Cup, Dec 6-8th 2024.
