LEN has just released the 2018 U19 junior men’s European Championships Qualifying Tournament draw. GB will be hosting Greece, Ukraine and Lithuania in what should be a very exciting Group C.
Ian Elliot, Chair of the Water Polo Management Group has confirmed that GB will host the event in Manchester from May 10th – 13th at the East Manchester Leisure Centre in conjunction with Manchester City Council and Better, the charitable social enterprise.
Ian said, “It will be fantastic to host a LEN qualifying tournament again in 2018 and to build on the success of last year’s event. The competition in the pool will once again be very tough but we know how much of a positive impact home support makes. We expect capacity crowds in Manchester so I urge GB polo fans to put the dates in the diary now! More information, including how to buy tickets, will be released in due course.
